МВФ и власти Молдовы продвинулись в переговорах по новому соглашению

Миссия Международного валютного фонда и власти Молдовы значительно продвинулись в переговорах по новому соглашению с МВФ. Остается договориться только о нескольких аспектах, а МВФ сообщает, что в течение следующих дней продолжатся переговоры в Вашингтоне. В пресс-релизе Миссии МВФ, которая находилась в Молдове с 5 по 15 июля, отмечается, что экономика Молдовы восстанавливается после прошлогоднего спада, однако источники экономического роста показывают низкую динамику. После сокращения экономической активности на 0,5% в 2015 году, последовал небольшой рост в первом квартале 2016 года благодаря потреблению в частном секторе. Инфляция снижается и, как ожидается, останется на низком уровне. Соглашение, оговоренное на три года, финансировано посредством механизмов кредитования МВФ - Расширенного механизма финансирования (EFF) и Расширенного механизма кредитования (ECF) – на сумму около 180 млн. долларов для поддержки программы экономической реформы страны. В конце визита Иванна Владкова-Холлар заявила, что миссия имела продуктивные дискуссии с правительством и Национальным банком Молдовы. Дискуссии были сосредоточены на перспективах экономического роста, политиках, касающихся финансового сектора, устойчивости государственных финансов и на структурные реформы, необходимые для улучшения деловой среды и привлечения инвестиций.
