На Рыбницком цементном комбинате проведут масштабную модернизацию производства

Сегодня на совете директоров были подписаны документы о приобретении современного оборудования 5-го поколения. В апреле этого года Рыбницкому цементному комбинату была оказана государственная поддержка. Благодаря этому предприятию удалось удержаться на плаву во время кризиса. По соглашению с Правительством руководство РЦК должно было представить программу развития предприятия на среднесрочную перспективу. В рамках этой программы в модернизацию комбината планируют вложить крупные инвестиции. Сегодня у нас произошло значимое событие: были одобрены сделки советом директоров на модернизацию и реконструкцию предприятия в рамках программы на развитие предприятия в среднесрочной перспективе. То есть получили одобрение инвестиций со стороны акционеров РЦК, — сказал директор РЦК Виталий Калин. Оборудование на Рыбницком цементном комбинате значительно устарело. Оно энергоемкое и не позволяет производить все сорта продукции. Это не даёт возможность предприятию конкурировать на цементном рынке. В рамках реконструкции на РЦК установят оборудование 5-го поколения. Будет полностью переоборудован цех помола и перевод его на замкнутый цикл производства. Также будут установлены новые газовые горелки. Это позволит увеличить экономию энергоресурсов, а также увеличить часовую производительность цемента, и самое главное, что на этих газовых горелках есть возможность сжигать альтернативное топливо, — отметил акционер предприятия Олег Бабий. Новое оборудование будет полностью автоматизировано. После его установки на предприятии смогут производить цемент более высокого качества. В 3 раза снизится себестоимость продукции. При модернизации Рыбницкого цементного комбината будут учтены и вопросы экологии. Реконструкция цеха помола предусматривает для себя приобретение и 2-рукавных фильтров, которые позволят сократить выброс пыли в атмосферу города, — пояснил Олег Бабий. Запустить новое оборудование на РЦК планируют уже в мае следующего года.
