На всеобщее обсуждение представлена программа развития IT-технологий в Молдове

«Во всем мире стремительно развиваются услуги в сфере информационных технологий, и Молдова не должна отставать. Наверное, легче назвать сферы, где IT-услуги пока не используются, нежели перечислить отрасли их применения», - заявил в ходе мероприятия министр информационных технологий и коммуникаций Павел Филипп, сообщает NOI.md. В ведомстве журналистам был представлен доклад о возможностях конкурентоспособности индустрии и услуг в сфере информационных технологий в Молдове, подготовленный консалтинговой компанией International Data Corporation (IDC) при поддержке USAID CEED II и Германским агентством по международному сотрудничеству (GIZ). Исследование позволило определить сильные и слабые стороны возможностей развития IT-отрасли в стране. «Эти рекомендации лягут в основу развития отрасли в Молдове, которая в самое ближайшее время будет представлена правительству. Мы, в свое время, уже утвердили подобный законопроект на заседании кабинета министров прошлого состава, однако он так и не был утвержден парламентом страны. Возможно, это даже хорошо, и теперь мы представим более подготовленную и глубокую программу действий», - уточнил Филипп. Среди преимуществ было названо наличие хорошо подготовленных квалифицированных программистов и специалистов в этой отрасли, не требующих при этом столь же высоких зарплат, как в развитых странах. «Тем не менее, мы считаем одним из главных направлений работы - всестороннее развитие Центра повышения квалификации специалистов сферы информационных технологий, созданный на базе Технического университета Молдовы. И еще об одном хотим заявить – наши двери всегда открыты для компаний, работающих в этой сфере и желающей помочь развитию конкурентоспособности услуг нашей страны в IT-отрасли», - подчеркнул глава проекта USAID в Молдове Серджиу Ботезату.
