НАРЭ утвердило повышение тарифа на теплоэнергию

НАРЭ утвердило сегодня на открытом заседании новый тариф на тепловую энергию, поставляемую потребителям мун. Кишинев, в размере 1122 лея за гигакалорию - на 5% выше установленного в сентябре 2016 года. Директор НАРЭ Серджиу Чобану сообщил, что решение совета вступит в силу 1 мая 2017 года, но будет применяться в следующем отопительном сезоне. В сентябре прошлого года тариф был увеличен на 8,2%. Termoelectrica потребовала повысить тариф с 1068,22 до 1132,20 лея за Гкал в связи с ростом технических показателей, включенных в производственный план на этот год; в связи с обновленным прогнозом макроэкономических показателей на 2017-2019 гг., индексом розничных цен, обменным курсом доллара и повышением тарифов на электроэнергию, запрошенным GAS Natural Fenosa, заявил на заседании генеральный директор Termoelectrica Вячеслав Ени. На состоявшихся 9 марта слушаниях он отметил, что за последние полтора года убытки сократились более чем на 700 млн леев, однако корректировка тарифа продиктована покрытием расходов. Вячеслав Ени добавил, что в 2016 году предприятие зарегистрировало «отличные результаты». Корректировка к 31 марта 2017 года тарифов на тепловую и электрическую энергию на уровне, который покрыл бы оправданные расходы, является обязательством властей перед МВФ.
