Народное собрание одобрило отмену льготного режима налогообложения для SRL Intertabac

Из-за несоблюдения договорных обязательств Народное собрание Гагаузии отменило льготный режим налогообложения для предприятия Intertabac. Соответствующее решение было принято на заседании законодательного органа автономии во вторник, 30 июня. Заместитель председателя Народного собрания Александр Тарнавский подчеркнул, что анализ, который был сделан специально созданной при исполкоме комиссией, выявил ряд нарушений заключенного в 2012 году соглашения с предприятием Intertabac. Нарушения были выявлены в части устанавливать и пересматривать ежегодно уровень среднемесячной заработной платы. В 2013 году этот показатель был в 2,5 раза ниже, чем по стране. Так же были нарушены обязательства предприятия по осуществлению основной своей деятельности с вложением инвестиций на территории Гагаузии. Производство и деятельность предприятие ведет за пределами автономии, - рассказал Тарнавский. Кроме того, согласно информации, предоставленной налоговой инспекцией Гагаузии, «на предприятии не было создано рабочих мест». Исходя из всего этого, исполком принял постановление об отмене льготного режима налогообложения и представил Народному собранию для утверждения. Хочу отметить, что есть решение судебного исполнителя о том, что НСГ не имеет права рассматривать вопросы, связанные с Intertabac до решения суда по существу, но бюджетная комиссия единогласно приняла решение включить в повестку этот вопрос, - добавил вице-спикер. За отмену льготного режима налогообложения для предприятия Intertabac депутаты Народного собрания Гагаузии проголосовали единогласно.
