НБМ сохранил базисную ставку рефинансирования на уровне 10% годовых

Такое решение принял Исполком Национального банка Молдовы на своем заседании в понедельник, 8 августа. Кроме того, НБМ также сохранил на прежнем уровне ставки по кредитам и депозитам overnight на уровне 13% и 7% годовых, соответственно. НБМ оставил также неизменным норматив обязательных резервов по привлеченным банками средствам в конвертируемой иностранной валюте, на уровне 14% от расчетной базы, а также норматив обязательных резервов по привлеченным банками средствам в леях и неконвертируемой валюте, на уровне 35% от расчетной базы. Следует отметить, что до этого НБМ сокращал базисную ставку рефинансирования пять месяц подряд, после того, как она оставалась неизменной на протяжении полугода на уровне 19% годовых. В частности, в прошлом месяце НБМ сократил базисную ставку, применяемую по основным краткосрочным операциям денежной политики, на 3 п.п. – с 13% до 10% годовых. Решение о сохранении базисной ставки рефинансирования нацелено на закрепление инфляционных ожиданий в контексте восстановления и поддержания уровня инфляции близко к цели в 5% в среднесрочной перспективе с возможным отклонением в ± 1,5 процентных пункта. В НБМ подчеркивают, что постепенная нормализация денежно-кредитной политики, поддерживаемая ожиданиями по сокращению уровня инфляции, преследует цель создания реальных денежных условий, подходящих для стимулирования процессов кредитования и сбережения и активизации внутреннего спроса в сочетании с дальнейшей адаптацией внутренних экономических условий к волатильности и неопределенности, связанной с внешней макроэкономической ситуацией. Очередное заседание Исполкома Нацбанка по денежной политике состоится 25 августа с.г.
