НБМ настаивает на внешних причинах резкого обесценивания лея

"Главной причиной резкого обесценивания лея были внешние причины", - сказал в пятницу на круглом столе: "Обесценивание лея: произошедшее и ожидаемое" первый заместитель председателя Национального банка Молдовы (НБМ) Марин Молошаг. Как передает агентство "Инфотаг", он назвал ситуацию, сложившуюся в последнее время в финансовом секторе республике, "комплексной и многослойной". "Отслеживаемые нами индикаторы в четвертом квартале 2014 г. и в первые два месяца 2015 г. показывают, что главные составляющие негативных явлений - внешние. Это скопившаяся за много лет гигантская диспропорция между экспортом и импортом; обвал национальных валют в России и Украине; общий негативный фон в регионе, связанный с войной в Украине", - отметил Молошаг. По его словам, НБМ предпринял "прямые меры влияния на обстановку в финансовой среде". "К прямым я отношу изолирование от остальной банковской среды РМ трех проблемных банков, где введено специальное управление НБМ. Там же контролируются счета вкладчиков, дабы с них не были бесконтрольно выведены значительные суммы средств", - сказал представитель НБМ. По его мнению, толчок к дестабилизации дали многочисленные публикации в СМИ на тему обесценивания российского рубля и украинской гривны, а также проецирование подобного развития событий на РМ. "С конца 2014 г. и по 15 февраля 2015 г. граждане РМ сняли со своих счетов в комбанках 3 млрд леев. Это почти столько же, сколько сняли юридические лица. Не думаю, что это способствовало стабилизации курса национальной валюты", - пояснил он. Молошаг назвал одной из главных задач НБМ - удержание цен. "На это мы и направим все свои усилия. То есть уже увеличены обязательные резервы для комбанков, а также идут массированные интервенции на валютный рынок. В то же время мы ждем результатов расследований спецкомиссии парламента и детективов британского агентства Kroll", - пояснил Молошаг.
