НДС по нулевой ставке для семи предприятий

Перечень экономических агентов - предприятий легкой промышленности и видов услуг, оказываемых ими заявителям таможенного режима по переработке на таможенной территории Молдовы, облагаемых налогом на добавленную стоимость по нулевой ставке, расширился с 711 до 718. Согласно приказу министерства экономики, в список предприятий , которые получают эту льготу, включено еще семь компаний: "Proelinica", "Aksar Company", "ArtStilLux", "Berlagr", "Valitextil-Prod", "Vittekt-M", "InfiniTextil". В апреле-мае 2017 года они заключили договора на оказание услуг по производству на территории Молдовы одежды на давальческом сырье. Согласно Налоговому кодексу, по нулевой ставке НДС облагаются услуги, оказываемые предприятиями легкой промышленности на территории Молдовы в рамках контрактов по переработке давальческого сырья в таможенном режиме.
