Neînțelegeri între CFM și firma care vinde bilete online

Calea Ferată a Moldovei vrea să rezilieze contractul cu firma care se ocupă cu vânzarea online a biletelor pentru cursele feroviare. Pentru început, CFM a sistat vânzarea biletelor online, menționând că firma ”DSS Group” nu își onorează obligațiunile. De cealaltă parte, ”DSS Group” spune că nu a fost informată de către CFM despre sistarea vânzării biletelor și că procedura de vânzare decurge fără probleme. Ei nu sunt pregătiți pentru vânzarea biletelor. Dacă online încă mai merge procesul, atunci la case nu lucrează deloc. Sunt zeci și sute de plângeri de la pasageri că nu pot procura bilete. Le-am dat termen să rezolve această problemă, însă nu au rezolvat, a menționat Iurii Topală. Șeful CFM mai spune că, potrivit contractului, compania trebuie să primească 5% din vânzări, adică o sumă colosală. ”Noi nu ne putem permite luxul de a da acești bani unei companii private. CFM tot are nevoie de bani”. Totodată, Iurii Topală afirmă că acest serviciu ar putea fi prestat de sistemul intern de vânzare a biletelor Express 3, de săptămâna viitoare. CFM are toate serviciile pentru a putea vinde bilete. Mai mult, acești bani vor veni în bugetul CFM, bani necesari pentru salarii și infrastructură , a precizat șeful CFM. De cealaltă parte, DSS Group informează printr-un comunicat de presă că serviciul e-Tickets, destinat vânzării online a biletelor pentru călătorii, nu se confruntă cu deficiențe tehnice. Compania nu deține informații oficiale referitor la decizia partenerilor de la IS "Calea Ferată din Moldova" de sistare a vânzărilor online de pe pagina web a CFM. Lansat pe 15 septembrie, serviciul e-Tickets a reușit să înregistreze un număr de circa 1300 bilete vândute, majoritatea din ele sunt vândute pentru cursa nou lansată Chișinău-Socola (Iași). Peste 60 de bilete au fost deja procurate pentru cursele următoare, inclusiv pentru luna noiembrie.
