НКФР отозвала у компании «Sigur-Asigur» лицензию на страховую деятельность

Национальная комиссия по финансовому рынку на своем заседании в пятницу рассмотрела заявление компании «Sigur-Asigur» о добровольном отзыве лицензии. В итоге регулятор решил одобрить отзыв лицензии, запрошенный компанией в соответствии с решением внеочередного общего собрания акционеров «Sigur-Asigur», состоявшегося 6 марта этого года. Стоит отметить, что на внеочередном общем собрании акционеров было принято решение об изменении вида деятельности «Sigur-Asigur» в связи с неблагоприятной рыночной конъюнктурой для развития рынка страхования жизни, которым преимущественно занималась компания. Акционеры решили, что теперь компания по страхованию жизни «Sigur-Asigur» будет реорганизована в инвестиционную компанию «Top Sigur» и больше не будет заключать новые страховые контракты. Учитывая это решение акционеров, НКФР предписала компании приостановить все операции на банковских счетах, за исключением текущих операций, связанных с расходами, поступлением денежных средств и уплатой страховых выплат по контрактам о страховании, заключенным до момента отзыва лицензии. В течение 12 месяцев «Sigur-Asigur» должна передать другой компании весь принадлежащий ей страховой портфель или расторгнуть страховые контракты. В связи с реорганизацией, администрация «Sigur-Asigur» опубликовала сообщение о том, что данное решение компании не отразится на клиентах, с которыми заключены контракты о страховании жизни. Компания располагает всеми необходимыми активами и гарантирует полное выполнение контрактных условий. «Sigur-Asigur» работает на рынке страхования жизни Молдовы с 2003 года.
