НКФР приняла жесткие меры

Административный совет Национальной комиссии по финансовому рынку решил отозвать лицензию у страхового-перестраховочного брокера «Invest Insurance», выданную в январе 2016 года на неограниченный срок на право осуществления деятельности посредника в страховании и перестраховании. Такая мера принята после того, как компания неоднократно нарушала сроки представления специализированных отчетов и не выполняла предписания регулятора, в том числе и повторные. Руководству «Invest Insurance» предстоит перечислить в полном объеме все регуляторные выплаты и сдать в НКФР отозванную лицензию. Другим решением НКФР аннулировал лицензии компаний «Credite Corestăuți» (с. Корестэуць Окницкого района) и «Izvoare» (с. Извоаре Флорештский район) на осуществление деятельности ссудо-сберегательных ассоциаций категории А. Ранее регулятор многократно выносил предупреждения этим компаниям, а в мае даже приостанавливал операции на счетах, однако требования по представлению отчетности не были выполнены. Кроме того, НКФР приостановила банковские операции на счетах четырех микрофинансовых организаций – «Anfial Finance», «Unicredit», «Elat Profit» и «Excelent-Finanțare» из-за того, что они не представили годовые и специализированные отчеты. В частности, банковские операции на текущих и депозитных счетах этих микрофинансовых организаций приостановлены до приведения их деятельности в соответствие с требованиями законодательства, за исключением операций по пополнению указанных счетов и отчислений в национальный публичный бюджет.
