Noi condiții pentru aflarea pe teritoriul țării a autovehiculelor neînmatriculate

Persoanele fizice rezidente, care au introdus pe teritoriul țării până în data de 1 noiembrie curent autoturisme cu numere de înmatriculare străine, au dreptul să le plaseze în regim vamal de import, cu achitarea a 30% din cota accizului stabilit pentru 2016, potrivit unor modificări legislative adoptate în lectură finală de către Parlament. Potrivit documentului, pentru a beneficia de reducere, persoanele trebuie să prezinte certificatul de achitare a vinietei. Autoturismele înregistrate în unitățile administrativ-teritoriale din stânga Nistrului și municipiul Bender nu cad sub incidența acestei prevederi. O altă modificare prevede că persoanele străine, care dețin permis de conducere eliberat de țara de evidență permanentă a mijloacelor de transport, se pot afla pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova mai mult de 180 de zile. În acest caz, aceștia vor achita vinieta în mărime de 180 de euro pentru fiecare următoarele 180 de zile de aflare în țara noastră. Totodată, se interzice circulația pe drumurile publice a autovehiculelor cu plăcuțe eliberate în unitățile administrativ-teritoriale din regiunea transnistreană, aflate în posesia sau folosința persoanelor fizice care dețin permis de conducere al Republicii Moldova. Poliția va fi în drept să aplice șoferilor o amendă de la 25 la 30 de unități convenționale (1250-1500 lei) cu aplicarea a 4 puncte de penalizare. Proiectul de lege are ca scop asigurarea echităţii fiscale între persoanele care deţin autovehicule înmatriculate în Republica Moldova şi cele care deţin autoturisme neînmatriculate. Totodată, modificările au scopul de a creşte siguranţa în trafic, reducerea nivelului poluării mediului, precum şi de a spori pe termen lung încasările la bugetul de stat.
