Noi detalii în cazul sistării investigațiilor la Centrul de Diagnostic

CNAM a prezentat astăzi rezultatele evaluării efectuate la Centrul Republican de Diagnostic. Potrivit experților, sistarea acordării serviciilor medicale pentru populație în baza poliței s-a produs din cauza că spitalele care au contract cu Centrul de Diagnostic au depășit de două ori numărul de investigații programate. Instituțiile medicale au o anumită cotă-parte de investigații de înaltă performanță pe care le pot efectua la Centrul de Diagnostic. Numărul investigațiilor este diferit pentru fiecare regiune și se calculează în funcție de morbiditatea și mortalitatea populației. În primele 7 luni ale acestui an, mai mult de jumătate de instituții medicale au depășit de peste două ori cota parte de investigații programată pe anul acesta. Avem o ineficiență de comunicare între acești doi actori. Prin alocarea biletelor de trimitere, instituțiile medicale au economisit sursele lor și s-au folosit de banii Centrului Republican de Diagnostic, a declarat în cadrul unei conferințe de presă vicedirectorul general al CNAM, Iurie Osoianu. Oficialul a adus și un exemplu. „Ialoveniul a raportat 500 de ecografii 2D făcute la Centrul de Diagnostic, destul de costisitoare. Trebuie să vedem dacă s-au epuizat toate metodele de depistare a bolii, sau trebuia să se recurgă deodată la investigații de înaltă performanță făcute la Centru”, a spus Osoianu. CNAM a anunțat că va vizita toate spitalele care au depășit cota-parte de investigații pentru a elucida cauzele situației create la Centrul de Diagnostic. Potrivit reprezentanților CNAM, momentan instituția funcționează în regim normal, în baza programărilor. CNAM are contractat cu Centrul de Diagnostic peste 300 de servicii din cele 600 incluse în programul unic.
