Новая стратегия регионального развития

Министерство регионального развития предложило для обсуждения Стратегию на 2016-2020 годы. Власти намереваются найти источники финансирования для развития инфраструктуры сел, ремонта дорог, строительства канализаций и систем водоснабжения. Основной задачей для реализации стратегии до 2020 это – привлечение прямых инвестиции, как от местных, так и от международных партнеров. Однако, мы сталкиваемся с рядом проблем - отсутствием статистических данных по регионам, собственных финансовых ресурсов. Из-за этого сложно определить перспективы развития инфраструктуры, - заявил и.о. министра регионального развития и строительства Василий Бытка. При этом, на сегодняшний день у нас есть программы для развития по секторам, которые уже рассматриваются нашими партнерами. Речь идет о ремонте дорог в регионах. Эти проекты будут реализованы при поддержке Всемирного банка, который выделил нам 80 млн. долларов для этих целей. обсуждаются с нашими партнерами. Мы планируем начать эти проекты уже в будущем году, - добавил он.
