Новые правила перевозки товаров по Украине

Регистрация нерезидентов, перемещающих по территории Украины товары под таможенным контролем, c 1 июля 2021 г. стала обязательной, сообщает Таможенная Служба Молдовы.
 
В соответствии с поправками в Таможенный кодекс Украины, с 1 июля нерезиденты, которые осуществляют перевозку товаров, находящихся под таможенным контролем, по территории Украины (импорт, экспорт или транзит), обязаны зарегистрироваться украинских в таможенных органах. Отсутствие регистрации будет основанием для отказа в таможенном оформлении и пересечении таможенной границы Украины.

 

Для регистрации иностранные перевозчики могут заполнить заявление непосредственно в пункте пропуска при въезде или выезде из страны, предоставив копию свидетельства о регистрации юридического лица или индивидуального предпринимателя, выданного компетентным органом страны регистрации. Также заполненное заявление можно заранее отправить по почте в адрес любого таможенного отделения, предоставив копию свидетельства о регистрации, выданного компетентным органом страны регистрации.

 

Кроме того, можно подать заполненное заявление в любом таможенном отделении лично, через уполномоченное лицо или агента по оформлению, предоставив копию свидетельства о регистрации, выданного компетентным органом страны регистрации. Заявление можно заполнить на украинском языке или любом языке официального международного общения, но для ускорения процесса обработки информации рекомендовано заполнять ее на украинском или английском языках.

 

После внесения данных из заявления в информационную систему таможенной службы Украины, в течение одного часа нерезиденту будет присвоен временный регистрационный номер, который позволит нерезиденту без ограничений выполнять все таможенные формальности и процедуры. Постоянный регистрационный номер присваивается нерезиденту в течение 5 рабочих дней.
