Новый региональный промышленный парк

В Чадыр-Лунге откроется промышленный парк на площади 86 га. Такое решение приняли вчера члены городского совета Чадыр-Лунги. Промпарк откроется при поддержке исполкома Гагаузии с перспективой присвоения ему статуса субзоны ЗСП «Валканеш». Примар Чадыр-Лунги Анатолий Топал назвал данный вопрос «судьбоносным для города», поскольку появление промышленного парка позволит открыть дополнительные рабочие места для жителей всего Чадыр-Лунгского района. Для запуска проекта местные власти должны передать в пользование исполкома Гагаузии около 90 га земли. При этом собственником земель остается примэрия Чадыр-Лунги. В свою очередь, исполком автономии берет на себя обязательство по подведению необходимых коммуникаций и привлечения инвесторов. Чадыр-Лунга занимала пятое место в республике по промышленности. Это и мясокомбинат, и КХП, и другие предприятия. Нам необходимо вернуться к этим показателям, - подчеркнул на заседании совета заместитель башкана Вадим Чебан. В начале нынешнего года в «Официальном мониторе Республики Молдова» был опубликован закон, согласно которому восемь городов, в том числе и Чадыр-Лунга, получили статус муниципия. Как уточнила председатель парламентской комиссии по вопросам госуправления, регионального развития, окружающей среды и изменения климата Виолетта Иванова, предоставление статуса муниципия этим городам предполагает, что 20% от собранных налогов останутся в местных бюджетах. Авторы документа отметили, что присвоение статуса муниципия будет способствовать созданию необходимых условий для активизации социально-экономического развития этих населенных пунктов, в целом развитию зоны влияния и уменьшит непропорциональность в существующем территориальном развитии.
