Numărul locuinţelor date în exploatare creşte

În perioada ianuarie-septembrie 2017, în Republica Moldova, au fost date în exploatare 4769 locuințe (apartamente și case individuale de locuit) cu suprafața totală de 395,8 mii m² sau cu 35,1% mai mult față de perioada similară a anului trecut. Potrivit datelor statistice, distribuția după mediul de rezidență arată că în mediul urban au fost date în exploatare 4524 locuințe cu suprafață totală de 363,8 mii m² sau cu 50,5% mai mult față de nivelul înregistrat în ianuarie-septembrie 2016, iar în mediul rural – 245 de locuințe cu suprafața totală de 32,0 mii m2. În profil regional, cel mai mare volum de locuințe date în exploatare s-a înregistrat în municipiul Chişinău – 4038 locuințe, cu suprafață totală de 320,1 mii m² sau cu 44,1% mai mult comparativ cu lunile ianuarie-septembrie 2016. În celelalte regiuni de dezvoltare au fost date în exploatare 382 locuințe în Centru, 197 – la Nord, 102 – la Sud și 50 – în UTA Găgăuzia.
