О налоге на недвижимость

«Monitorul.fisc.md» напоминает, что приближаются сроки предоставления отчетов и уплаты налога на недвижимое имущество. Юридические лица и физические лица, осуществляющие предпринимательскую деятельность, обязаны, в соответствии со ст.2811 Налогового кодекса, предоставить в Государственную налоговую службу отчет по недвижимому имуществу. Наше издание в течение всего июня месяца будет предоставлять информацию о налоге на недвижимость, о расчете и способах уплаты, о предоставляемых льготах и ответственности за уклонение от уплаты. Также, если у вас возникли вопросы по данному налогу, вы можете задать их нам (посредством Форума или рубрики Задайте нам вопрос), и мы постараемся ответить максимально быстро, развернуто и компетентно. Для начала напоминаем, что отчет по недвижимому имуществу, которым владели юридические и физические лица в предыдущем налоговом периоде, необходимо предоставить до 25 июля. В случае приобретения права собственности на недвижимость после 30 июня соответствующего налогового периода, отчет будет предоставлен в ГНС до 25 марта следующего налогового периода. Также напоминаем, что налог на недвижимое имущество может быть уплачен двумя платежами: до 15 августа – первый транш, и до 15 октября – второй транш. Однако НК также предусматривает, что лица, уплатившие полностью сумму начисленного налога до 30 июня текущего года, получают право на уменьшение суммы налога на 15%.
