O nouă rundă de dezbateri pe marginea modificărilor la Codul muncii

Reprezentanții autorităților publice, sindicatelor și a business-ului au dezbătut încă un set de modificări la Codul Muncii. În cadrul Platformei Consiliului Economic s-a discutat, printre altele, modificările ce țin de procedura de concediere a angajatului și rolul pe care trebuie să-l aibă în acest proces comitetului sindical din întreprindere. O altă prevedere discutată a fost „încălcarea gravă la locul de muncă și sancțiunea disciplinară”. Membrii Grupului de lucru au dezbătut diverse situații care se pot produce în întreprindere la acest capitol. Prevederea despre trecerea controlului medical și situația în care angajatul refuză să respecte această prevedere, a fost dezbătută în contradictoriu. Această normă va fi modificată după ce părțile vor ajunge la un compromis. Va suferi modificări și prevederea ce ține de mărimea indemnizației la eliberarea din funcție la lichidarea unității sau a reducerii de personal. Propunerile de modificare a Codului Muncii sunt discutate în cadrul Platformei Consiliului Economic. Membrii grupului pledează pentru stipulări clare în legislație care să nu creeze ambiguități și situații care să ducă la abuzuri atât din partea angajatorului cât și a angajatului. In cadrul acestor dezbateri, oamenii de afaceri au ocazia să se reunească la o masă cu reprezentanții autorităților publice și ai sindicatelor. Aici, toți au posibilitatea să vină cu propriile viziuni și argumente vis-a-vis de prevederile supuse modificării. Membrii Grupului de lucru, urmează să finiseze dezbaterile în câteva săptămâni. Proiectul de lege privind modificarea Codului muncii va fi propus spre aprobare Guvernului, după care va fi trimis spre adoptare Parlamentului.
