Обслуживание банковских карт Moldova Agroindbank полностью восстановлено

Обслуживание банковских карт Moldova Agroindbank полностью восстановлено в четверг, 23 июля, около 14:00 часов. Об этом заявил председатель Правления банка Сергей Чеботарь в рамках брифинга для прессы, прошедшего сегодня в MAIB. "Я пригласил вас, чтобы сообщить вам и всем нашим клиентам о том, что техническая пауза в обслуживании банковских карт завершилась, технические неполадки в работе процессинговой компании полностью устранены. В настоящий момент все банковские карты, выпущенные Moldova Agroindbank, функциональны, клиенты могут использовать их при снятии наличных в банкоматах, при оплате на POS-терминалах в торгово-сервисных предприятиях, для осуществления операций через Интернет", - объявил председатель Moldova Agroindbank. Сергей Чеботарь поблагодарил клиентов за понимание, которое они проявили в сложившейся ситуации. "От имени всех приношу извинения за причиненные неудобства. В течение последних примерно 30 часов банк прилагал все усилия, а наши специалисты круглосуточно работали для восстановления системы", - отметил президент банка, подчеркнув, что, несмотря на возникшие технические неудобства, клиенты все это время имели возможность снимать денежные средства со своих карточных счетов в филиалах банка, а находившиеся за границей держатели карт от MAIB получали индивидуальные консультации для преодоления возникших трудностей. По словам главы Moldova Agroindbank, учреждение находилось в постоянном диалоге с клиентами: служба Call Center получила более 3000 телефонных звонков, многочисленные обращения поступали по электронной почте, по сайту банка, через социальные сети. Обращаясь к клиентам банка, Сергей Чеботарь сказал: "Moldova Agroindbank несет обязательство по защите вашей финансовой безопасности и будет соблюдать данное обязательство неукоснительно. Заверяем, что ваша лояльность будет поощряться Moldova Agroindbank и далее, в том числе после этого совместно пережитого опыта, который сделал нас еще сильнее".
