Объявлен пятый конкурс грантов в рамках Программы постинвестиционных грантов «Устойчивое управление земельными ресурсами»

Программа реализуется в рамках проекта Всемирного банка «Конкурентоспособное сельское хозяйство Молдовы» (MAC-P) совместно с министерством сельского хозяйства и пищевой промышленности и министерством окружающей среды. В программе грантов могут принять участие сельхозпроизводители со всей страны, за исключением проживающих в муниципиях Кишинев и Бельцы, которые практикуют устойчивое управление земельными ресурсами. Сумма постинвестиционного гранта для одного фермера составит 50% от его собственных инвестиций, но не более $20 тыс. Согласно программе, смогут вернуть инвестиции фермеры, которые с 1 ноября 2015 г. приобрели и используют новое сельхозоборудование и машины, внедряют практики устойчивого управления земельными ресурсами, такие, как технологии No-till и Strip-till, осуществляют комплексную борьбу с вредителями, меры по агролесомелиорации и т.д. Подавать заявления можно до 15 декабря в территориальные офисы Агентства по интервенциям и платежам в сельском хозяйстве (AIPA). Дополнительная информация доступна на сайтах www.aipa.gov.md и www.capmu.md. Проект «Конкурентоспособное сельское хозяйство Молдовы» был запущен в июне 2013 г. и продлится до 2017 г. Его общий первоначальный бюджет с учетом взноса правительства Молдовы в $2 млн. составлял $27 млн., из них $18 млн. - кредит Международной ассоциации развития, $4,4 млн. - грант от Глобального экологического фонда, $2,8 млн. - грант от правительства Швеции. Недавно Всемирный банк заявил, что выделит Молдове дополнительно $10 млн. для финансирования проекта «Конкурентоспособное сельское хозяйство» (MAC-P).
