ONU va lansa un nou Cadru de Asistență pentru Dezvoltare în Moldova

Organizația Națiunilor Unite a fost și rămîne unul din principalii susținători și parteneri ai reformelor implementate de autoritățile Republicii Moldova pe calea integrării europene, fiind realizate un șir de proiecte ce țin de dezvoltarea capacităților instituționale și guvernare efectivă, crearea oportunităților economice, ocuparea forței de muncă. Această declaraţie a fost făcută de viceprim-ministrul Octavian Calmîc, ministrul Economiei, la Reuniunea de Prioritizare Strategică a Cadrului de Asistență ONU pentru Dezvoltare în RM pentru perioada 2018 – 2022 (UNDAF). Vicepremierul și-a arătat convingerea că noul cadru de Asistență UNDAF, care vine drept o continuitate a Cadrului de Parteneriat al Națiunilor Unite – Republica Moldova “Spre Unitate în Acțiune” 2013-2017 (UNPF), va fi la fel de eficient pentru țara noastră și va contribui esențial la realizarea strategiilor naționale și angajamentelor internaționale ale Moldovei. ”ONU a contribuit la progresele înregistrate de RM cu privire la procesul de reformă în vederea integrării europene și, prin urmare, la implementarea Planului de acțiune privind liberalizarea regimului de vize, semnarea Acordului de Asociere Uniunea Europeană – R. Moldova și a Acordului cu privire la Zona de Liber Schimb Aprofundat şi Cuprinzător, precum și la revizuirea/elaborarea a circa 66 documente de politici, legi, acte normative conexe şi reglementări etc.”, a accentuat Octavian Calmîc. Ministrul Economiei a mai precizat că în procesul de realizare UNPF au fost implementate sau se află în proces de realizare 168 de proiecte și programe în valoare de peste $217 mil. Dafina Gercheva, Coordonatoare Rezidentă ONU și Reprezentantă Rezidentă PNUD în Moldova, a subliniat că noul UNDAF va descrie acțiunile și strategiile colective ale ONU și partenerilor săi pentru realizarea priorităților naționale de dezvoltare în următorii cinci ani, care va fi și un instrument esențial pentru punerea în aplicare a Obiectivelor de Dezvoltare Durabilă în Moldova. ”Echipa de țară a ONU va folosi UNDAF-ul ca instrument pentru implicarea directă în planificarea de dezvoltare la nivel național și sectorial, precum și un mecanism cu impact mai mare asupra politicilor și programelor de dezvoltare prin acordarea suportului de consultanță și de dezvoltare a capacităților”, a accentuat Dafina Gercheva. În baza analizei UNPF și a evaluării Comune de Țară au fost identificați patru piloni de cooperare pentru noul UNDAF: (1) Guvernare, drepturile omului și egalitatea de gen; (2) Creșterea economică durabilă, incluzivă și echitabilă; (3) Durabilitatea mediului și capacitatea de adaptare; și (4) Dezvoltarea socială incluzivă și echitabilă.
