Optimizarea gestiunii resurselor umane și a numărului de personal la BNM

Banca Națională a Moldovei (BNM) a inițiat un proces de reformare a sistemului de gestiune a resurselor umane. Această schimbare va fi realizată în cadrul unui vast proiect pus în aplicare cu ajutorul experților de la „KORN FERRY-Hay Group”, lider internațional pe piața de servicii de consultanță în domeniu. „KORN FERRY-Hay Group” a câștigat concursul organizat de BNM și va realiza proiectul în următoarele șase luni. Printre sarcinile proiectului se numără optimizarea structurii organizatorice a BNM, evaluarea posturilor, reformarea sistemului de salarizare și îmbunătățirea gestiunii resurselor umane, evaluarea competențelor manageriale ale angajaților cu elaborarea planurilor de dezvoltare și instruirea acestora etc. Scopul final al proiectului este consolidarea capacității instituționale a Băncii Naționale și sporirea eficienții în activitatea acesteia. Compania „KORN FERRY-Hay Group” a realizat proiecte similare în peste 20 de bănci centrale din lume, precum Marea Britanie, Olanda, Canada, Finlanda, Japonia, România, Lituania și altele și organizații financiare internaționale: FMI, Banca Mondială, Banca Centrală Europeană etc..
