Отчет Kroll отправят прокуратуре для расследования

Представленный президентом Нацбанка Дорином Дрэгуцану в среду на заседании правительства отчет агентства Kroll о выводе денег из трех банков направят для расследования в прокуратуру. Как передает "Инфотаг", об этом по итогам слушаний в правительстве сказал его премьер-министр Кирилл Габурич. По его словам, отчет содержит информацию и выводы о том, как посредством Banca de Economii, Banca Sociala и Unibank вывели миллиардные средства. Необходимо, чтобы компетентные органы делали свою работу. Правительство будет помогать в расследовании, а прокуратура - расследовать с точки зрения уголовного дела. Нужно выявить и наказать виновников, - отметил Габурич. Приоритет правительства - "возвращение в страну денег банков и налогоплательщиков". Следующим шагом станет выяснение, куда ушли деньги. В этом деле замешаны не только граждане РМ, и мы не будем придавать гласности информацию, которая повлияет на ход расследования, - сказал Габурич. Он отказался говорить о причастности к выводу денег Илана Шора. Не хочу ни отрицать, ни подтверждать. Это - дело компетентных органов, - ответил Габурич на вопрос журналистов о том, фигурирует ли имя Шора в отчете Kroll. В то же время, заместитель председателя комиссии по финансовому рынку Юрий Филип подтвердил, что в отчете упоминается имя Шора. В нем есть имена людей и названия компаний из шести стран. В эти страны выведено 13 млрд. леев. Это разные страны - из Евросоюза, оффшоров, страны постсоветского пространства, Великобритания. Отчет показывает, что большую часть денег можно вернуть, но надо начать второй этап расследования, - сказал Филип. Министры отказались комментировать данные отчета, сославшись на то, что они дали подписку не разглашать данные отчета. Могу сказать, что мне отчет понравился. Я узнал из отчета такие вещи, которые и представить не мог, - сказал журналистам президент Академии Наук Георге Дука.
