Отчёт Kroll получит продолжение

Национальный комитет по финансовой стабильности рассмотрел проект Технического задания по детальному финансовому расследованию нарушений и подозрительных операций, осуществлённых Banca de Economii, Banca Socială и Unibank. Документ послужит основой для расследования, которое станет продолжением предварительного расследования, проведённого компанией Kroll. Заседание комитета состоялось по инициативе его председателя, премьер-министра Валериу Стрельца, передаёт IPN со ссылкой на пресс-релиз правительства. Разработка проекта Технического задания была недавно завершена Национальным банком и одобрена экспертами из Международного валютного фонда и Всемирного банка. Участники заседания рассмотрели условия Технического задания, высказав ряд предложений по их улучшению. Было указано на важность выбора для оказания этих услуг авторитетной международной компании, на основе конкурса, который будет организован НБМ в строгом соответствии с действующим законодательством. Важным было названо и корректное информирование общества по данному вопросу. Премьер-министр Валериу Стрелец попросил ответственных лиц дополнить Техническое задание в соответствии с предложениями, поступившими в ходе заседания, и повторно представить готовый документ на следующем заседании Национального комитета по финансовой стабильности.
