Pachetul de competitivitate a industriei IT, aprobat de Guvern

Cabinetul de miniștri a aprobat Pachetul de competitivitate a industriei IT, care include Strategia de creștere a competitivității industriei tehnologiei informației pe anii 2015-2021 și proiectul de lege privind parcurile IT. Industria IT creează cea mai înaltă valoare adăugată și contribuie la eficientizarea economiei și a societății. Cele două documente reprezintă o abordare strategică, care urmărește dezvoltarea industriei IT, a punctat ministrul Tehnologiei Informației și Comunicațiilor, Pavel Filip. Strategia se bazează pe trei priorități: excelența în educație în domeniul IT, mediu de afaceri, facilități economice și inovație, piețe și parteneriate internaționale. În opinia ministrului TIC, realizarea obiectivelor Strategiei va permite consolidarea unei industrii IT competitive în plan regional și internațional, bazată pe investiții, cunoaștere și inovații. Pentru un efect maxim Strategia este completată de proiectul de Lege privind parcurile IT. Propunem crearea unor parcuri IT virtuale și implementarea unui impozit unic de 7% din vânzări. Aceasta înseamnă, în primul rând, un sistem de impozitare simplificat, transparent și reguli clare de activitate, a accentuat Pavel Filip. Micșorarea cotei de impozitare va spori cifra de afaceri în IT de la 1,6 miliarde de lei, programate pentru 2015, la 7,4 miliarde lei în al șaptelea an de implementare. În aceiași perioadă, numărul angajaților în industria IT va crește până la 33 de mii, iar a companiilor din domeniu până la 2.300. Implementarea celor două proiecte ar alinia Republica Moldova la țările din regiune, din punct de vedere al competitivității și al atractivității condițiilor de business IT și ar permite utilizarea la maximum a potențialului existent. În prezent, în Republica Moldova activează 600 de companii IT, la care sunt angajați peste 8 mii de persoane.
