PARE 1+1: contracte de finanțare semnate în sumă de 6,6 mil. lei

Primii 33 beneficiari din acest an ai Programului PARE 1+1 au semnat contracte de finanțare în sumă de 6,6 mil. lei. Aceasta reprezintă cea de-a 3-a componentă a Programului, care presupune finanțarea afacerilor potrivit regulii 1+1. Conform Regulamentului cu privire la implementarea Programului de Atragere a Remitențelor în Economie pentru anii 2010-2018, procedura de aplicare prevede 4 etape: 1 – informare și comunicare, 2 – instruire și suport antreprenorial, 3 - finanțarea afacerilor și 4 – monitorizarea și evaluarea programului. Din cei 33 de antreprenori care au semnat contractele de finanțare, 20 activează în agricultură și intenționează să cultive cereale, viță-de-vie, culturi eterice și legume în spații protejate, alți 7 prestează servicii educaționale, medicale și deservire auto, iar 6 activează în sectorul agroalimentar și industria de prelucrare a lemnului. Experții ODIMM au explicat beneficiarilor procedura corectă de utilizare a granturilor nerambursabile oferite de către stat pentru lansarea sau dezvoltarea unei afaceri. Aplicanții au fost informați despre suportul consultativ oferit de către ODIMM pe parcursul etapelor de derulare a Programului PARE 1+1, procedura de efectuare a investițiilor și despre monitorizările efectuate în perioada de pre-finanțare și post-finanțare. Toate aceste acțiuni fac parte din procedura de acordare a suportului și au ca scop de ai ajuta pe antreprenori să utilizeze eficient granturile. Cei 33 de semnatari ai Programului PARE 1+1 urmează să contribuie cu partea lor de investiție, conform regulii 1+1 din banii câștigați în 14 state: Italia, Germania, Rusia, Franța, Israel, Danemarca, Islanda, SUA, Ucraina, Marea Britanie, România, Spania, Portugalia și Irlanda. Programul PARE 1+1 are drept scop mobilizarea resurselor umane şi financiare ale cetățenilor Republicii Moldova care muncesc peste hotare în dezvoltarea economică durabilă a țării noastre prin stimularea înființării şi dezvoltării întreprinderilor mici şi mijlocii. Programul funcționează în baza regulii „1+1”, astfel încât fiecare leu investit din remitențe va fi suplinit cu un leu în forma de grant din cadrul Programului. Beneficiarii de granturi pot fi cetățeni ai Republicii Moldova, care muncesc peste hotare şi beneficiari de remitențe, rude de gradul I.
