Парламент проверит доходы членов Национальной Антикоррупционной Комисий

Парламент создал в пятницу специальную комиссию для проверки доходов и имущества членов Национальной антикоррупционной комиссии (НАК). Как передает «Инфотаг», в ее состав вошло пять депутатов –по одному от каждой фракции: Сержиу Сырбу (ДПМ), Анжел Агаке (ЛДПМ), Игорь Время (ПКРМ), Василе Боля (ПСРМ) и Ион Касьян (ЛП). До 31 мая созданная комиссия представит отчет о проверке членов НАК на наличие конфликта интересов и точности заполнения декларации о доходах и имуществе. В случае непредоставления членами НАК соответствующей информации депутатам или выявления нарушений, специальная комиссия вправе потребовать от парламента отзыв мандата члена комиссии, а также принять иные меры, предусмотренные законодательством. Как ранее сообщал «Инфотаг», в ходе прошлой проверки членов НАК, парламентарии выявили ряд нарушений, среди которых незадекларированное имущество и передача активов на имя родственников и друзей. Несмотря на нарушения, члены НАК не понесли наказания. В конце июля, председатель прошлого парламентского созыва Игорь Корман предупредил членов НАК о необходимости декларировать все доходы. Он сказал, что парламент готов вмешаться в работу комиссии, если там не прекратятся скандалы и чиновники не оставят в стороне личные амбиции. Депутаты тогда предложили парламенту внести изменения и дополнения целого ряда законов, среди которых Закон о НАК, об оплате труда государственных служащих, об утверждении Единого классификатора государственных должностей и о государственной тайне.
