Participarea Moldovei la Expoziţia Mondială „Expo Dubai 2020”

În perioada 20 decembrie 2020 - 10 aprilie 2021, în Emiratele Arabe Unite se va desfășura Expoziţia Mondială „Expo Dubai 2020”, la care va participa și țara noastră. Hotărârea Guvernului ce conține și Regulamentul de organizare și funcționare a Comitetului organizatoric pentru pregătirea participării Republicii Moldova la Expoziţia Mondială a fost aprobată de cabinetul de ministri în cadrul şedinţei de ieri. Potrivit Hotărârii, Centrul Internaţional de Expoziții „Moldexpo” este desemnat în calitate de autoritate națională responsabilă pentru participarea Republicii Moldova la Expoziţia Mondială „Expo Dubai 2020”, precum şi pentru monitorizarea executării deciziilor adoptate în cadrul şedinţelor Comitetului organizatoric, a cărui misiune constă în coordonarea şi implementarea activităților - de aprobare a conceptului, a planului de acțiuni pentru pregătirea participării Republicii Moldova la Expoziţie, a devizului de cheltuieli și planului de finanțare, precum și a agendei evenimentelor organizate în cadrul pavilionului și componenței delegațiilor oficiale. Reamintim că țara noastră a fost invitată să participe la Expoziția Mondială în cadrul vizitei de lurcru în EAU, în perioada 1-5 aprilie 2016, efectuate de viceprim-ministrul, ministrul Economiei și Infrastructurii, Octavian Calmâc. Menționăm că Republica Moldova a participat anterior la Expozițiile Mondiale din – Hanovra (Germania) în anul 2000, Shanghai (China) în anul 2010 și Milano (Italia) în anul 2015. Cheltuielile pentru participarea Moldovei la expoziție vor fi estimate după aprobarea devizului de cheltuieli de către Comitetul organizatoric. Potrivit ministrului Economiei și Infrastructurii, Chiril Gaburici, participarea la acest eveniment reprezintă o oportunitate de evidențiere pe plan global, promovare a valorilor naționale, intensificare a schimburilor comercial-economice, științifice și tehnologice, precum și posibilitatea de a prezenta potențialul pe care îl avem în sectoarele agrar, industrial și alte domenii prioritare. Reiterăm că EAU au lansat un program de finanţare pentru elaborarea, implementarea şi promovarea proiectelor ce pot schimba viaţa oamenilor şi vor proteja mediul ambiant. Acces la granturile de $100 mil. îl au şi moldovenii.
