Particularitățile reducerii circulației de numerar în economie. Găsim răspunsuri împreună

Prin Legea nr. 257/2020 cu privire la modificarea unor acte normative au fost operate  modificări la Legea nr. 845/1992 cu privire la antreprenoriat şi întreprinderi (Legea nr. 845/1992) în partea ce vizează măsurile de plafonare a plaților/încasărilor efectuate în numerar în cadrul activităților economice.
 
În articolul publicat în ediția din aprilie a revistei „monitorului fiscal FISC.md” autorul nostru Corina Alexa vine cu precizări ce țin de noile prevederi ale art. 6 din Legea nr. 845/1992.
 
Astfel, „Particularitățile reglementărilor aferente reducerii circulației de numerar în activitatea economică începând cu anul 2021” vă oferă răspunsul la un șir de întrebări, cum ar fi:

 

  • Care subiecți au obligația să respecte normele și plafoanele prevăzute?
  • Se aplică plafonul de limitare a plăților și față de achitările efectuate către nerezidenți?
  • Se aplică sau nu plafoanele impuse la efectuarea operațiunilor de depunere/extragere a mijloacelor bănești din conturi?
  • Care sunt consecințele în materie contravențională a nerespectării acestor măsuri?
  • Se aplică restricțiile doar în privința sumelor recepționate de la cetățenii RM sau și aferent cetățenilor străini?
  • Se consideră sau nu depunerea mijloacelor bănești la contul de plăți a întreprinderii drept plată în numerar?
