Pașapoartele, fără date despre grupa sangvină și naționalitate

Începând cu 10 octombrie curent, pașapoartele vor fi eliberate pe un termen de 10 ani. În Monitorul Oficial din 10 august a fost publicată legea ce conține modificări la sistemul național de pașapoarte. Astfel, în noile pașapoarte emise nu se vor mai indica grupa sangvină și naționalitatea. Autorii modificărilor consideră că informația despre grupa sangvină de pe actul de identitate nu întotdeauna este un element definitoriu de stabilire a corelației fiabile dintre deținătorul actului de identitate și grupa sangvină. În opinia lor, excluderea grupei sangvine va facilita obținerea buletinului de identitate al cetățeanului Republicii Moldova, care este un act de identitate obligatoriu, de către solicitanții care nu dețin la momentul adresării documentul ce atestă grupa sangvină, precum și îi va scuti de pierderi de timp și de cheltuieli financiare suplimentare. În altă ordine de idei, legea mai prevede aplicarea în exclusivitate a semnăturii titularului care a împlinit vârsta de 14 ani – vârstă prevăzută pentru dobândirea capacităţii de exerciţiu limitată. Iar în cazul titularului cu vârsta sub 14 ani și al celui care nu poate aplica semnătura sa, se va aplica un simbol special în condiţiile stabilite de Guvern. Implementarea noilor prevederi nu necesită cheltuieli financiare din bugetul de stat şi va fi realizată din resursele financiare disponibile ale Agenţiei Servicii Publice.
