Павел Филип о преимуществах пенсионной реформы

Размер пенсии тех пенсионеров, которые вышли на пенсию в период с 2001-2008 гг., увеличится примерно на 40%. Благодаря пенсионной реформе, некоторые пенсионеры смогут получать пенсии на 96% больше, а те, кто выйдет сейчас на пенсию, после 1 апреля, будут получать на 40% больше пенсии в сравнении с пенсией, которую они могли получать до реформы, - сказал в среду на заседании правительства премьер-министр Павел Филип. По его словам, об этих очевидных преимуществах мало что знает население республики, пребывая в неведении по поводу того, что и как станет с их пенсиями в результате пенсионной реформы. Нам необходимо информировать людей о том, что мы знаем и понимаем все проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются граждане, в частности, пенсионеры. Но повышение зарплат и пенсий не делается посредством политических заявлений, - отметил он. Глава правительства напомнил, что пенсионная реформа проводится в два этапа. На первом этапе были аннулированы привилегии для определенных категорий граждан – депутатов, членов правительства, местных избранников. Потом ввели обязательное отчисление социального налога в силовых структурах, где пенсии увеличились в среднем на 50%. И этот этап вступил в силу с 1 января 2017 г. С 1 апреля вступает в силу второй, самый важный этап, когда минимальные пенсии увеличатся до 1 026 леев (+26%). Это увеличение коснется 139 тыс. пенсионеров. Вторая часть данного этапа предусматривает перерасчет пенсий тем, кто выходил на пенсию в 2001-2008 гг. Это позволит примерно на 37% увеличить пенсии 84 тыс. пенсионеров. Плюс к этому, более 700 тыс. пенсионеров получат пенсии, которые будут проиндексированы на 6,8% с 1 апреля 2017 г., на что будет потрачено 635 млн леев. Павел Филип привел пример, согласно которому пенсия по возрасту в 2008 г. составляла 1800 леев, и, благодаря реформе, ее размер с апреля 2017 г. увеличится до 2 437 леев (+35%).
