Пчеловодческая и молочная отрасли РМ будут включены в проект «Конкурентоспособное сельское хозяйство Молдовы»

Это произойдет в рамках дополнительной поддержки в размере $10 млн. Данный шаг предусматривает второе дополнительное соглашение с Международной ассоциацией по развитию по данному проекту, которое было подписано 8 июля 2016 г. в Кишиневе. Как сообщил замминистра сельского хозяйства и пищевой промышленности Юрий Ушурелу, дополнительные средства будут использоваться для поддержки и развития экспортного потенциала двух новых подсекторов: развития пчеловодческого сектора и отрасли по сбору и переработке молока. В настоящее время пчелиный мед экспортируется наливом, а в молочной промышленности сложилась вообще парадоксальная ситуация – мы подвергаемся риску со стороны соседней страны. Эти две отрасли получат дополнительную поддержку на развитие конкурентоспособности, - отметил Ушурелу. Кроме того, будет усилена поддержка по компоненту проекта «Укрепление менеджмента безопасности пищевых продуктов». Доступ к средствам ВБ получат сельхозпроизводители Молдовы для повышения конкурентоспособности агропродовольственного сектора путем укрепления менеджмента безопасности продуктов, повышения производительности сельхозугодий путем их устойчивого развития (софинансирование со стороны GEF), часть средств будет использована для восстановления лесных насаждений (около 1600 га). Юрий Ушурелу также сообщил, что средства предоставлены под 1,25% годовых, с платой за обязательства 0,5%, платой за обслуживание – 0,25%. Выплата процентов будет осуществляться с апреля 2021 года до апреля 2031 года. Проект «Конкурентоспособное сельское хозяйство Молдовы» был запущен в июне 2013 г. Его общий первоначальный бюджет с учетом взноса правительства Молдовы составлял $27 млн., из них $18 млн. - кредит Международной ассоциации развития, $4,4 млн. - грант от Глобального экологического фонда, $2,8 млн. - грант от правительства Швеции.
