Печати для предпринимателей остаются обязательными

Законопроект предусматривающий исключение обязательного применения печати для предпринимателей не нашел поддержки у депутатов, сообщает Noi.md. В контексте развития современных технологий печать, проставленная на документе, больше не гарантирует его достоверность. Поэтому мокрая печать становится рудиментарной процедурой, которую необходимо заменить другими методами, - объяснил действующий замминистра юстиции Николай Ешану на заседании парламента. Законопроект был разработан Министерством юстиции совместно с представителями гражданского общества и профессиональных кругов, по инициативе Экономического совета при премьер-министре. При разработке документа учитывался опыт европейских стран (Англия, Франция, Нидерланды, Германия, Бельгия) и США в данной области. Пример этих стран показывает, что отмена обязательного применения печати способствует развитию предпринимательства, а также местной и транснациональной торговли.
