Pensiile, în vizorul Guvernului

Prim-ministrul Pavel Filip a convocat în şedinţă conducătorii structurilor responsabile de implementarea reformei sistemului de pensii. Responsabilii de la Ministerul Muncii, Protecţiei Sociale şi Familiei şi de la Casa Naţională de Asigurări Sociale (CNAS) au informat despre acţiunile realizate şi paşii următori în implementarea reformei sistemului de pensii. La această etapă, au fost anulate privilegiile de stabilire a pensiilor speciale pentru unele categorii de cetățeni: deputați, membri de Guvern, funcționari publici, aleși locali şi a fost asigurat transferul atribuțiilor de stabilire a pensiilor de la 6 instituții de forță la o singură instituţie - CNAS. De asemenea, s-a lucrat la pregătirea bazei normative și a sistemului informațional pentru implementarea următoarei etape a reformei. Astfel, de la 1 aprilie 2017 pensiile vor fi stabilite conform noii formule de calcul. Concomitent, vor fi recalculate pensiile stabilite în perioada 2001-2008. Vor beneficia de valorizarea pensiei peste 80 mii de persoane. În acelaşi timp, de la aceeaşi dată, pensia va fi indexată cu 6,8%, iar nivelul pensiei minime după indexare se va majora până la 1026 de lei. Cel mai mult - cu 21%, va creşte pensia minimă pentru persoanele care au activat în sectorul agrar. Prim-ministrul a solicitat pregătirea în regim de urgenţă a hotărârilor de Guvern privind recalcularea (valorizarea) şi privind indexarea pensiei, astfel încât acestea să fie aprobate în următoarea şedinţă a Executivului. Pavel Filip a cerut instituţiilor statului să ia toate măsurile ce se impun pentru implementarea cu succes a tuturor etapelor reformei sistemului de pensii. În Republica Moldova sunt înregistraţi peste 690 de mii de pensionari. În 2016 pensia medie pe ţară a constituit aproximativ 1300 de lei.
