Pensiile vor putea fi reexaminate

Persoanele care activează sau au activat în câmpul muncii după realizarea dreptului la pensie pentru limită de vârstă, stabilite conform prevederilor Legii nr. 156-XIV din 14 octombrie 1998 privind sistemul public de pensii vor avea dreptul de a solicita reexaminarea pensiei cu condiţia că pensia calculată în condiţiile legii indicate va fi mai mare decât pensia care este achitată solicitantului în prezent. Ministerul Sănătăţii, Muncii şi protecţiei Sociale propune pentru consultări publice un proiect de lege pentru modificarea şi completarea unor acte legislative, având în vedere Legea nr. 290 din 16 decembrie 2016 pentru modificarea şi completarea unor acte legislative şi Legea nr. 156-XIV din 14 octombrie 1998 privind sistemul public de pensii. Conform autorilor proiectului, acesta a fost elaborat cu scopul asigurarea respectării principiilor fundamentale care stau la baza funcţionării sistemului public de asigurări sociale - principiului contributivităţii şi egalităţii. Ministerul a înaintat amendamentul în vederea asigurării tuturor participanţilor la sistemul public - contribuabili şi beneficiari - a unui tratament nediscriminatoriu în ceea ce priveşte drepturile şi obligaţiile prevăzute de lege şi principiul contributivităţii - conform căruia drepturile de asigurări sociale se cuvin pe temeiul contribuţiilor de asigurări sociale plătite, se spune în nota informativă a proiectului. Tot aici este constatat faptul că acest proiect reprezintă o nouă etapă de realizare a Conceptului de reformă a sistemului de pensii în ţara noastră. Ministerul Sănătății, Muncii și Protecției Sociale solicită expunerea propunerilor și comentariilor necesare pentru definitivarea proiectului până la 7 iunie curent.
