Пенсия по потере кормильца в семьях военнослужащих увеличится

Законодательная инициатива о повышении социальной поддержки семей военнослужащих и госслужащих с особым статусом, которые погибли при выполнении служебных обязанностей, была поддержана правительством. Соответствующие изменения депутаты предложили внести в Закон о пенсионном обеспечении военнослужащих  и лиц начальствующего и рядового состава органов внутренних дел и Генерального инспектората карабинеров.
 
В частности, предусмотрено, что пенсия по случаю потери кормильца в семьях военнослужащих, госслужащих с особым статусом, умерших вследствие ранения, контузии или увечья, при выполнении обязанностей, а также в случае смерти вследствие увечья, полученного в результате несчастного случая, не связанного с выполнением служебных обязанностей, или вследствие заболевания, полученного во время исполнения службы, увеличится и составит 50% среднемесячного заработка кормильца на каждого нетрудоспособного члена семьи.

 

В настоящее время размер пенсии устанавливается в размере 40%, если гибель указанных лиц наступила при выполнении служебных обязанностей, и 30% – если смерть наступила от заболеваний, полученных во время службы.  Также проект предусматривает, что пенсия по случаю потери кормильца исчисляется в размере 50% из выплачиваемой умершему пенсионеру пенсии.

 

По оценкам авторов законопроекта, дополнительные расходы на выплату таких пенсий в 2020 г. могут составить около 38,7 млн леев.  

Правительство уточнило, что применения новых положений возможно с 1 января 2021 г.,  с учетом планирования бюджетного процесса на среднесрочный период (2021-2023).
 

В то же время, предложено, чтобы НКСС провела перерасчет установленных до 2021 г. пенсий по потере кормильцев семьям военнослужащих и лиц начальствующего и рядового состава органов внутренних дел и Генерального инспектората карабинеров, если размер пенсии ниже размера социального пособия по потере кормильца.
