Pentru reconstrucția penitenciarelor în 2017 vor fi direcţionate 78 mil. lei

În anul 2017 Ministerul Justiției urmează să cheltuie peste 78 mil. lei pentru investiții capitale. În bugetul de stat, pentru anul viitor, sunt prevăzute finanțări pentru construcția și renovarea mai multor penitenciare. Astfel, pentru construcția penitenciarului din municipiul Bălți vor fi alocate 6 mil. lei. Pentru reconstrucția Penitenciarului nr. 3 din orașul Leova sunt prevăzute 6,4 mil. lei, iar pentru reconstrucția Penitenciarului nr. 10 din satul Goian, municipiul Chișinău – peste 2,5 mil. lei. Cei mai mulți bani, adică 63,5 mil. lei sunt însă destinați pentru proiectul de construcție a penitenciarului din municipiul Chișinău. În luna septembrie, a fost selectată o companie olandeză care va proiecta edificiul noii închisori. Este vorba de Archivolt architecten BV, în consorțiu cu Halmos Adviseurs BV și IGC Construct SRL. Următoarea etapă este semnarea contractului. Proiectul urmează să fie implementat până în anul 2018. Închisoarea va substitui Penitenciarul nr. 13 din Capitală. Bugetul Ministerului Justiției pentru anul 2017 constituie circa 686 mil. lei. Pentru cheltuieli curente sunt prevăzute 607 mil. lei, dintre care 356 mil. sunt destinate pentru cheltuieli de personal. Legea bugetului de stat pentru anul 2017 a fost publicată în Monitorul Oficial din data de 27 decembrie.
