Percheziţii la un centru comercial din capitală

Secţii clandestine de panifecaţie, patiserie şi cofetărie au fost depistate la Megapolis mall în urma percheziţiilor desfăşurate, marţi, în cadrul unei cauze penale iniţiate pentru practicarea ilegală a activităţii de întreprinzător, transmite IPN. Potrivit Direcţiei de Poliţie a municipiului Chişinău, în timpul percheziţiilor au fost ridicate un şir de acte contabile, potrivit cărora agentul economic a efectuat vânzări în sumă de peste 10 milioane de lei, precum şi înscrisuri de ciornă. Prejudiciul adus bugetului de stat, prin neachitarea impozitelor, urmează a fi stabilit. Responsabilii din cadrul firmei riscă amenzi în mărime de la 60 de mii până la 120 de mii de lei, cu lichidarea întreprinderii. Şeful serviciului de presă al Direcţiei de Poliţie, Adrian Jovmir, a declarat că agentul economic continuă să-şi desfăşoare activitatea până la o decizie a instanţei de judecată, care va stabili dacă va fi sau nu lichidată afacerea sau dacă agentul economic va achita doar amendă.
