Перечень лицензируемых видов деятельности сократят

На этой неделе Правительство планирует рассмотреть на своем заседании 23 марта 19 вопросов, в том числе один кадровый, сообщает Noi.md. Министерство экономики представит три проекта, в том числе проект поправок в Закон о регулировании предпринимательской деятельности путем лицензирования. Из перечня лицензируемых видов деятельности предлагается исключить: деятельность товарных бирж, изготовление и уничтожение печатей и деятельность по складированию зерна с выдачей складских свидетельств на зерно. А деятельность по перевозке пассажиров общественным автомобильным транспортом предлагается заменить на транспортную деятельность. Будет рассмотрен проект соглашения с Правительством Турции о взаимном продвижении и защите инвестиций. Также правительство рассмотрит проект постановления о внесении изменений и дополнений в постановление Правительства о статусе промышленного парка акционерного общества «CAAN» в Стрэшень. Площадь, на которой размещен парк, увеличат с 11,6 га до 37,3 га. Госканцелярия представит проект поправок в Положение об организации и функционировании территориальных бюро Госканцелярии. В настоящее время назначение на должность и освобождение от должности работников территориальных бюро производится приказом генерального секретаря Правительства. Предлагается исключить назначение заместителей руководителя бюро, пересмотреть перечень их полномочий. Министерство окружающей среды представит проект закона о генетически модифицированных продуктах и проект постановления о Концепции и Регламенте информационной системы водных ресурсов. Министерство транспорта представит проект договора с Правительством Азербайджана в области железнодорожного транспорта.
