Permise de conducere de tip nou, începând cu 2020

Începând cu 1 ianuarie 2020 conducătorii automobilelor vor obține permise de conducere de tip nou, în care nu vor mai fi incluse datele despre grupa sanguină. În „Monitorul Oficial” din 9 august a fost publicată Hotărârea nr. 388 din 07.09.2019 pentru modificarea Hotărârii Guvernului cu privire la aprobarea modelelor permiselor de conducere de tip nou. Astfel, autoritățile doresc să lanseze o nouă generație de permise de conducere naționale ale Republicii Moldova (generația DL2019), care vor fi de tip cartelă pe bază de policarbonat, cu gravare laser, de formatul ID-1, fiind exclus câmpul de date nr. 14 „Grupa sangvină”, dar rezervate în schimb două spații - 13 și 14 pentru unele eventuale inscripționări de autoritatea emitentă. Modificările sunt elaborate în contextul în care, începând cu 10 octombrie 2018 au fost excluse datele „Grupa sangvină” și din actele de identitate din sistemul național de pașapoarte, iar ca măsură provizorie, datele privind grupa sangvină în permisul de conducere de generația DL2015 sunt substituite cu semnul ”<”, ceea ce semnifică lipsa datelor în câmpul de date respectiv. Eliberarea permisului de model 2019 și a permisului de conducere provizoriu de model 2019 va fi asigurată de Agenția Servicii Publice. Acestea vor arăta în felul următor Este important de menționat că permisele de conducere de model 1995, 2008 şi 2015, rămân a fi valabile în condițiile în care au fost eliberate, iar deținătorii acestora nu au obligația de a le preschimba doar decât la expirarea acestora, cu excepția permiselor de conducere de modelul anului 1995 care nu sunt limitate în termen.
