Persoanele fizice vor avea dreptul, la intrarea în ţară, de a introduce nelimitat numerar în moneda naţională şi străină

Persoanele fizice vor avea dreptul la intrarea în R. Moldova de a introduce nelimitat numerar în moneda naţională, precum şi numerar şi cecuri de călătorie în valută străină. Prevederile se referă la Legea privind reglementarea valutară care este publicată astăzi în Monitorul Oficial al R. Moldova. Potrivit documentului, la ieşirea din ţară se poate scoate numerar în monedă naţională, precum şi numerar şi cecuri de călătorie în valută străină în sumă totală de peste 10 mii euro (sau echivalentul lor), însă care nu depăşesc 50 mii euro (sau echivalentul lor) de persoană/călătorie. Totodată, pentru suma ce depăşeşte 10 mii euro (sau echivalentul lor), persoanele trebuie să prezinte organelor vamale toate documentele confirmative: actele vamale ce confirmă introducerea mijloacelor băneşti în ţară şi/sau permisiunile pentru scoaterea mijloacelor băneşti din R. Moldova, eliberate de băncile licenţiate, sau autorizaţiile eliberate de Banca Naţională a Moldovei. Noile amendamente privind reglementarea valutară vor intra în vigoare la expirarea termenului de şase luni de la data publicării (iunie 2017).
