Первый транш в рамках ENPARD может поступить в РМ до конца года

Первый транш программы ENPARD в размере 17 млн евро может поступить в Молдову до конца 2016 г. Как сообщили в Минсельхозе, первый транш должен был поступить еще во II квартале 2016 г., однако из-за отсутствия Соглашения с МВФ, перевод денег был отменен. Соглашение о финансировании программы «ENPARD Молдова - поддержка сельского хозяйства и развития сельской местности» предусматривает выделение нашей стране 64,08 млн евро для повышения уровня конкурентоспособности и модернизации агропромышленного комплекса, развития сельских регионов и повышения уровня жизни граждан Молдовы. При этом, как ожидается, 53 млн евро будут выделены в качестве прямой поддержки бюджета и поступят в страну тремя траншами до 2018 г. Эти средства помогут правительству внедрять политики в области сельского хозяйства и сельского развития. Кроме того, 11,08 млн евро будет выделено Молдове в качестве дополнительной поддержки. Среди ожидаемых результатов Программы ENPARD значатся: улучшение разработки и реализации политики сельского хозяйства и развития сельской местности и повышение качества обслуживания; рост инвестиций в модернизацию сельского хозяйства; соответствие агропродовольственной отрасли и продовольственной цепи требованиям безопасности и качества пищевых продуктов ЕС; повышение уровня образования; улучшение научно-исследовательских и консультативных услуг в сельском хозяйстве, в агропродовольственном секторе и т.д.
