Peste 50% din numărul beneficiarilor programului „Prima Casă” primesc compensații de la bugetul de stat

De la lansarea Programului guvernamental până în prezent, prin intermediul acestuia au fost procurate 4063 locuințe. Mai mult de 50% din numărul total de beneficiari primesc ajutor din partea statului pentru acoperirea parțială a cheltuielilor suportate pentru achitarea creditului ipotecar. Suma totală a creditelor acordate de către bănci este de 2.031.216.639,86 lei, în timp ce valoarea totală a garanțiilor active constituie 1.015.608.319,93 lei. Din 4063 beneficiari 2849 sunt familii, iar 1214 sunt tineri necăsătoriți. Vârsta medie a acestora este de 31,3 ani. De asemenea, din numărul total al beneficiarilor, 575 persoane beneficiază de compensații de la bugetul de stat în cadrul programului Prima Casă 2, 1456 – în cadrul programului Prima Casă 3, iar 279 – în cadrul programului Prima Casă 4. Suprafața medie a locuințelor procurate prin intermediul Programului este de 59,962 m2, în timp ce valoarea medie a locuințelor procurate constituie 592,0 mii MDL. Totodată, 3809 locuințe au fost procurate în zonele urbane, iar 253 în zonele rurale, iar 3746 locuințe procurate sunt apartamente, restul 317 sunt case de locuit individuale. De asemenea, menționăm că, la situația din 24 februarie 2020, 30 de cereri se află la etapa de analiză, altele 14 sunt acceptate și urmează a fi semnate contractele de garanție, iar 16 cereri au fost prezentate pentru examinare. Totodată, Vă informăm că 21 de garanții au fost stinse pe motivul rambursării anticipate a creditului.
