Peste doi ani vesela de plastic va fi interzisă

Începând cu 1 ianuarie 2021, va fi interzisă utilizarea și comercializarea veselei de plastic de unică folosință (farfurii, pahare, bețișoare), cu excepția celor biodegradabile. Parlamentul a votat în lectură finală astăzi, 29 noiembrie 2018, un proiect de lege ce vine cu modificări la Legea cu privire la comerțul interior și la Codul contravențional (CC). Astfel, art. 273 din CC va fi completat cu un punct ce prevede că utilizarea/ comercializarea veselei de unică folosință va fi sancționată cu amendă de la 60 la 90 UC aplicată persoanei fizice. Persoana juridică va fi sancționată cu amendă de la 120 la 240 UC sau cu amendă în mărimea valorii produsului respectiv, dar nu mai puțin de 240 UC. Evidențiem că drept alternativă poate servi vesela de unică folosință produse din hârtie, făină de porumb, cânepă organică, zaharuri, grâu, sfeclă de zahăr, trestie de zahăr, amidon, resturi de mere sau cele care conțin aditivi biodegradabili, se spune în nota informativă. Reamintim că, începând cu 1 ianuarie 2019, va fi interzisă comercializarea pungilor din plastic, cu sau fără mâner, cu grosimea peretelui egală sau mai mare de 50 microni, iar din 1 ianuarie 2021 – a celor cu grosimea peretelui mai mică de 15 microni.
