Piaţa muncii, în așteptarea specialiștilor calificaţi

Viitorii specialişti din domeniul contabil, fiscal, economic, care îşi fac studiile la Academia de Studii Economice din Moldova, au fost invitaţi să desfășoare stagiul de practică și, de ce nu, să devină mai apoi parte a echipei Publicației Periodice “Monitorul fiscal FISC.md”. Inivatația a fost lansată în cadrul târgului stagiilor de practică, desfășurat la ASEM în perioada 12-13 decembrie curent. Potrivit Tatianei Bucos, directorul Centrului Marketing, Parteneriate și Carieră al ASEM – organizator al evenimentului, târgul de cariere se desfășoară în premieră la ASEM, însă instituția a organizat anterior târgul de joburi. Scopul evenimentului a constat în facilitarea dialogului dintre studenți și reprezentanții companiilor la etapa de căutare a unui loc de practică. Acțiunea este dedicată studenților din anii II și III ai programul de licență, aflați în căutarea unui loc de practică, a unui program de internship sau chiar a unui job. Pe parcursul celor două zile studenții au avut ocazia să discute direct cu reprezentanții companiilor participante, să afle de la aceștia care sunt tendințele în domeniile pe care le reprezintă, precum și să participe la ateliere de lucru și traininguri axate pe dezvoltarea tinerilor specialiști. La eveniment, alături de publicația noastră, au participat alte peste 25 de companii din diferite domenii, atât instituții de stat, cât și private. În calitate de participanți au fost Fiscservinform, Serviciul Fiscal de Stat, Serviciul Vamal, precum și bănci comerciale, ONG-uri, companii IT etc. De asemenea, la târgul stagiilor de practică a participat și un angajator străin – Orthanna Aviation Sp Ltd din Bulgaria. Publicația Periodică “Monitorul fiscal FISC.md” are în calitate de public ţintă contribuabili, funcţionari publici, experţi în domeniul fiscal, analişti economici, profesori din domeniul contabilităţii, studenţi şi alţi specialişti de profil financiar-economic. Pentru toți aceștia şi nu doar, continuă Campania de abonare 2018.
