Piața serviciului TV contra plată a înregistrat o creștere ușoară, în primul semestru, după doi ani de declin

Tendința de scădere a cifrei de afaceri pe piaţa serviciului TV furnizat contra plată din ultimii doi ani s-a întrerupt în primul semestru al anului 2016, cînd a fost înregistrată o creștere de 4 la sută. Potrivit datelor Agenţiei Naţionale pentru Reglementare în Comunicaţii Electronice şi Tehnologia Informaţiei (ANRCETI), vînzările au urcat în primele șase luni ale acestui an la 78,3 mil. lei, în pofida reducerii numărul total de abonați cu 2,4 la sută față de prima jumătate a anului 2015. Scăderea numărului de abonați a fost cauzată, în temei, de micșorarea bazei de abonaţi la reţelele TV prin cablu, care s-a redus cu 4,8 %, explică experții autorității de reglementare în comunicații. Totodată, baza de abonaţi a operatorilor de reţele IP TV a crescut cu 4,8 la sută. Creșterea ușoară a veniturilor provenite din vînzarea serviciilor TV contra plată a fost determinată, în principal, de sporirea volumului de vînzări al furnizorilor care operează rețele IP TV. Cifra de afaceri a acestor operatori a crescut, față de primul semestru al anului 2015, cu 10,9 la sută. Datele ANRCETI arată că din numărul total de abonați 73,2% utilizau rețele TV prin cablu, iar 26,8 la sută - reţele IP TV.
