Plățile pentru testarea la COVID, neimpozabile și deductibile

Cheltuielile suportate de angajator pentru testarea salariaților în vederea depistării prezenței virusului SARS-CoV 2 urmează a fi permise spre deducere.
 
În ședința de astăzi, 4 decembrie,  Parlamentul a aprobat în lectura a doua proiectul de lege  ce are ca scop stabilirea unui regim fiscal special pentru plățile efectuate de către angajator pentru testarea salariaților.
 
Astfel, art. 24 din Codul fiscal care stabilește deducerea cheltuielilor aferente activităţii de întreprinzător, urmează a fi completat cu alin. 25, potrivit căruia se vor permite deducerea cheltuielilor suportate de angajator pentru testarea salariaților în vederea depistării virusului SARS-CoV-2. Totodată,  plățile efectuate pentru testarea salariaților în vederea depistării virusului SARS-CoV-2 vor constitui surse de venituri neimpozabile.
 
Potrivit proiectului, se propun modificări la Codul fiscal și la Legea privind sistemul public de asigurări sociale ce prevăd că plățile suportate pentru efectuarea testelor de laborator în vederea identificării viruslui SARS-CoV-2 să constituie surse de venituri neimpozabile cu impozitul pe venit și prime de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală, de la 1 ianuarie 2020, iar cu contribuții de asigurări sociale – începând cu 1 ianuarie 2021, a menționat președintele Comisiei economie, buget și finanțe, Vladimir Golovatiuc.
 
Concomitent, proiectul prevede ca din plățile salariale și alte recompense aferente perioadelor de până la 31 decembrie 2020 achitate începând cu 1 ianuarie 2021 în folosul angajaților și altor persoane fizice pentru efectuarea lucrărilor și prestarea serviciilor, să se calculeze și să se achite atât primele de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală datorate de angajați, cât și primele datorate de angajatori, potrivit legislației în vigoare la data de 31 decembrie 2020.
