Получатели водительских прав должны пройти процедуру дактилоскопии

Парламент принял в первом чтении проект закона, который предусматривает обязательное прохождение получателями водительских удостоверений процедуры дактилоскопии. Как передал корреспондент "Инфотаг" из парламента, в ходе обсуждения документа депутаты задались вопросом, почему данную процедуру не сделать обязательной при выдаче удостоверений личности, а также заграничных паспортов? Авторы законопроекта отмечали, что это было бы оправдано. Но в настоящее время МВД нуждается, чтобы процедуру дактилоскопии проходили все те, кто будет получать водительское удостоверение. Согласно законопроекту, процедура станет обязательной, как только закон вступит в силу, и будет опубликован в Monitorul Oficial. Авторы проекта отмечали, что для МВД недостаточно дактилоскопии, которую проходят получатели биометрических паспортов, где сканируется только один палец. Наличие данных дактилоскопии обладателя водительского удостоверения позволяет автоматизированной системе в случае дорожно-транспортных происшествий (ДТП) устанавливать личность пострадавших в 99,99% случаев ДТП.
