Поправка к соглашению с Международной ассоциацией развития

Парламент Молдовы ратифицировал поправку к финансовому соглашению между Молдовой и Международной ассоциацией развития для внедрения проекта «Улучшение автомобильных дорог местного значения», подписанную 18 июня 2020 г. и позволит улучшить доступ Молдовы к выделяемому на эти цели кредиту в размере $80 млн.
 
Поправка была разработана Международной ассоциацией развития по просьбе правительства, она касается уточнения цели проекта и не меняет ни сумму, ни условия выделения Молдове кредита. Она направлена на обеспечение полной реализации проекта и облегчение доступа к необходимым финансовым средствам для финансирования работ по восстановлению и модернизации не менее 150 км отобранных дорог. Поправка ориентирована на обеспечение надзора за этими работами, включая проведение технического аудита, проведение технико-экономических обоснований, проектирование и выполнение текущих ремонтных работ на выбранных коридорах, включая подъездные дороги к ним.
 
Согласно изменениям, целью проекта является обеспечение доступности к объектам образования, здравоохранения и рыночной инфраструктуры.
